Stripes are awarded at Sabre for technical knowledge, performance (in sparring & competition) and time in grade

At the start of July, we had a lot of grapplers who train in the gi who were due to receive a strip on their BJJ belts.

At Sabre, we award stripes on all belts from white to brown, because it is important to be transparent about where each student is on every belt journey - not just white belt.

Here is the latest round up of BJJ grades held at Sabre Grappling. As you can see, most students at Sabre are still lower grades, reflecting the fact that Sabre is still a young club. Why not join these guys on their journey to Black Belt?
