This month, Sabre Grappling hosted Stevenage’s very own Ollie Sarwa for an MMA seminar focused on wrestling, pinning and finishing with devastating strikes.
Ollie, who has a professional MMA record of 9-1, gave a clear and enjoyable seminar which explicitly focused on pinning for MMA, rather than for pure grappling. It turns out, as well as being a devastating fighter, Ollie is also a pretty good teacher!
Everyone took something valuable from the seminar, and we will definitely be having him back at Sabre in the future.
