New Instructor at Sabre

I’m delighted that my good friend Paul will be sharing his knowledge with the team

Welcome to the Sabre team, Paul Johnson

I’m really pleased to announce that my good friend Paul Johnson is joining the Sabre coaching team.

From this week, Paul will be teaching Gi BJJ on Wednesdays, 7:30–8:30pm.

Paul is a very experienced brown belt who has trained under some excellent UK black belts and has developed a broad understanding of BJJ through years of training. More importantly, he’s someone I’ve known and trained with for several years, so I know exactly what he’s bringing to Sabre.

Paul is an excellent communicator and an engaging teacher, with a genuine passion for helping people learn. He’s also a personal trainer, so he brings an excellent understanding of how the body works and how people move, which adds another dimension to his coaching.

I’m particularly excited about having another experienced voice on the mat. Paul will bring a fresh perspective to Sabre, share his knowledge with our students and, inevitably, teach me a few things too.

I’m very happy to have him on board.

If you’re looking for a Gi BJJ class on Wednesday evenings, come down and train with Paul. Whether you’re completely new to BJJ or an experienced grappler, we’d love to have you on the mat.

Wednesday, 7:30–8:30pm. Sabre BJJ, Stevenage.

Welcome to Sabre, Paul.
